 BNY ConvergEx Group’s LiquidPoint Announces 42.4% Growth in Year‐Over‐Year Monthly Options Contract Volume 4/14/2009 For Immediate Release New York and Chicago – BNY ConvergEx Group, LLC, a leading provider of global agency brokerage and investment technology solutions, today announced that LiquidPoint routed and/or executed a near‐record 83.2 million options contracts for the month of March 2009. This is LiquidPoint’s second highest volume ever recorded in one month. LiquidPoint’s March volume represents an increase of 42.4% compared to the March 2008 volume.
